1. Purpose of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the services provided by Squareful, including space optimization, transaction support, and real estate project management (PMO), for users and investors.
2. Duration and validity of offers
Quotes issued by Squareful are valid for 30 days from the date they were issued. After this period, Squareful reserves the right to change the pricing and service conditions.
3. Payment terms
The payment of the services is made by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the invoice. In the event of late payment, a penalty equivalent to the legal interest rate plus 5 points will be applied, as well as a fixed compensation for recovery costs of €40.
4. Delivery of services
The services are provided in accordance with the deadlines and conditions defined in the quotation or the signed contract. In the event of a delay or impossibility of service due to the customer, Squareful reserves the right to reschedule the service or to charge for waiting hours.
5. Termination of the contract
Each party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In the event of early termination by the customer, Squareful reserves the right to invoice the services already performed as well as the costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. In the event of a serious breach of one of the contractual obligations, the contract may be terminated without notice by the other party.
6. Responsibility and guarantees
Squareful is committed to providing services in accordance with industry standards and acting diligently. However, Squareful will not be responsible for indirect, unexpected, or any loss of profit arising from the use of the services. In the event of force majeure, Squareful is released from any liability relating to delays or non-performance of contractual obligations.
7. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of the contract, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. In the absence of agreement, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
